This is a hybrid position, at least 25 hours in the office, so it will require you live in Nashville. We are interview for part time and full time. Presently this position is filled by two part time employees but we are open to combining into one position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our interior design projects and retail store plus do invoicing for procurement team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Ivy and Quick Books, or a willingness to proactively learn. We need someone who has strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Our work environment is characterized by a dynamic pace and a strong sense of collaboration, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy being part of a close-knit team. In the past this has been two part time positions. We are seeking the correct candidate or candidates.. we are open to a full time person or 2 part time people so apply either way.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Proven experience as an Bookkeeper or similar role. • Seeking a position in a thriving small business. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Experience with accounting software, QBO preferably or a willingness to be a proactive, independent learner to develop proficiency. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Sensitive, discrete, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
