The Huntress New York is growing and we are hiring part time and full-time sales professionals to work in our Flagship Showroom in Pound Ridge, New York, (located between New Canaan, CT and Bedford, NY - easy drive from Fairfield County CT). We are looking for dynamic sellers who are passionate about sales and interior design. You will be working with both interior design trade clients and retail clients selling furniture (both custom and hunted), décor, art, lighting, textiles, antiques, lifestyle apparel and unique Huntress branded workshops, retreats, wellness and designer trade events, book signings, lunches, dinners, or cocktail events.

- Sales experience in high-end retail, interior design firm, or design related industry in a high profile, luxury environment.
-Outgoing, responsible, self-motivated seller, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for home and an eye for design.
-Focus on achieving sales goals and new company initiatives while upholding high standards and procedures and delivering the best-in-class customer service.
-Build and maintain repeat clients, including outreach to the design trade.
-Work with collaborative management and team to create a positive atmosphere to drive sales and meet target individual and team goals.
-Develop a solid knowledge of the furniture, products, art, artisans, and private label collections to help educate customers.
-Assist with event marketing, creative sales and strategies to grow sales with new and existing customers.
-Ability to work some rotating weekends, a pop-up event or at the Mayflower Inn & Spa shop in Washington CT for the occasional weekend.
- Tech saavy with basic computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox. Shopify a plus.
