WHAT YOU’LL DO:
*Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner, providing a luxury experience for our design trade and retail clientele through elevated service and product expertise.
*Assist trade and retail customers in selecting and customizing furniture pieces that meet their specific requirements and preferences.
*Grow and maintain a strong client base by educating potential clients on the goods and services we offer.
*Qualify and educate potential design and trade clientele through consultations, site visits, assisting with design development, internal coordination of services and product installations.
*Use proper and professional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and rapport building techniques to initiate and maintain contact with clients.
*Ensure sales goals are achieved.
*Follow up on leads generated through the company’s marketing efforts.
*Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize leads.
*Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
*2-4 years’ experience in a Design firm or in high-end home/furniture retail preferred.
*Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
*You have a passion for furniture, rugs, and interior design
