Small Brooklyn based Architectural Studio seeks a well-rounded Architect with extensive experience in all phases of design, documentation, and construction. The ideal candidate has a take charge attitude, is outgoing and confident.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, with a Professional degree in Architecture
• License preferred
• Priority given for experience in high-end residential architecture
• Excellent design ability
• Strong technical capability, including demonstrated experience with sketching, drafting, architectural detailing, coordinating, and issuing Construction Drawings and Specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Organized self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can work on multiple projects at various stages of development
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare client presentations
• Prepare Design Drawings and Construction Documents
• Source and research architectural products, materials, and finishes
• 7+ years of experience, with a Professional degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign
