Primary responsibilities will be assisting the LA team with all administrative, interior styling and floristry duties whilst supporting with clients and sales. Must have a very keen eye for detail, capable floristry skills, technology efficient and the candidate must be flexible to run errands and assist with other tasks as needed. You’ll play a pivotal role ensuring the efficient and effective operations while maintaining a productive and welcoming work environment.

Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, offering a warm welcome and professional assistance both in person and over the phone. Strong communications and interpersonal skills, gifted in dealings with colleagues, suppliers, partners, and clients.
Comfortable with taking the initiative, multi-tasking, time-management and prioritization.
Highly professional, discreet, reliable, responsible and responsive.
Maintain an organized and efficient sample and sales materials library, manage incoming and outgoing sample shipments. Cataloguing samples and assisting with inventory management.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for client meetings and industry events.
Support PR projects with respect to event planning, client meetings, purchasing, photographers, etc. dealing with London HQ and other worldwide showrooms.
Weekly floral styling, whilst overseeing the interior styling of props and antiques as interior displays rotate and change for various events with the private LA residence.
General technical proficiency; wide-ranging operational responsibilities including management of the office, equipment, supplies, inventories, furnishing, IT, telephones, AV, samples library, filing systems/records, subscriptions, mail, banking, security, etc.
