The ideal candidate will collaborate with our design team and Creative Director to bring long-term high-end residential projects to life.
As the Interior Designer, you'll develop bespoke design solutions that are in harmony with the project's vision.
With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure the utmost quality and consistency in design deliverables, overseeing intricate details from shop drawings to pricing and sourcing, while fostering seamless project coordination and client relationships with tact and care.

Responsibilities:
Source and design custom furniture, select fabrics, lighting, art, and finishes.
Create detailed FF&E specifications.
Develop comprehensive finish, fixtures, equipment, hardware, and plumbing schedules.
Craft client presentations, including renderings and graphic layouts.
Manage purchase orders, track budgets, and liaise with multiple vendors and clients.
Support in constructing drawing sets alongside the Creative Director and Project Architect.

Skills and Experience:
4-6 years in interior design or architecture, with a relevant degree from an accredited school.
Mastery of the full design process, including Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Procurement, and Installation.
Fluency in specification of materials, FF&E and color.
Proficiency in writing specifications and review shop drawings and submittals.
Basic knowledge of building codes.
Knowledge of industry trends, local and online showrooms and resources.
Self-motivated and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment.
Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational skills, and articulating design information to clients.

Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator a plus)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong hand sketching and rendering skills are highly regarded.
