Circa is seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer with a passion for interior design and a minimum of 3 plus years of professional experience to join our team.. The ideal candidate will take on a senior role, and be able to bring in/ run their own projects in addition to working alongside head designer, Heather Smith. You will need to handle all phases of design projects from conceptual ideas to implementation. The chosen candidate will be self-motivated, meticulous, a great communicator, and have a desire to grow with the company as a key member of our team. Applicants should also demonstrate a strong balance between design sensitivity and technical knowledge, together with the project organization skills necessary to operate in a fast-paced environment.

- Great taste paired with a strong work ethic, confidence, and the ability to sell and communicate.
- At least three-plus years of interior design experience at a high-end interior design/hospitality firm.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong detailing skills and understanding of interior design
- Must be highly meticulous and organized in all facets of the job to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Skilled in soft skills needed for sales and service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a mature, pleasant, and professional presence and demeanor
- Must have an easy communication style and work confidently with design staff, vendors and clientele
- Positive attitude, integrity, and discretion
- Ability to work well under pressure with changing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle complex situations in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- A good foundation in materials, finishes, colors, and furniture selections and specification

Roles and Responsibilities
- Formulate design presentations, drawing sets, preliminary space plans and 2D, 3D design concept studies and sketches
- Create floorplans, elevations, details, furniture plans, materials, and finish schedules—ability to field measure and document existing building conditions.
- Prepare specifications and schedules with accurate product information for furniture, plumbing, appliances, lighting, and finishes.
- Close collaboration and communication with the design team, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Managing several projects simultaneously
