Jenny Wolf Interiors is a high-end full service interior design firm based in New York City. We are hiring a talented and motivated interior designer for Jenny Wolf Interiors to work from the offices at The Huntress New York in the flagship location in Pound Ridge, NY (near New Canaan CT and Bedford, NY). This key position will be responsible for executing design projects from concept to installation and will be a central contributor to showroom sales through interior design services including in-home visits, design assessments and sales of company core product lines including custom upholstered furniture, fabric, lighting, wallpaper, hunted product and in-store items as well as all other designer sourced products. The primary focus will be on driving and growing interior design services and projects and custom furniture sales with design clients of the Huntress New York in the NY and CT region. The position will be reporting to and collaborating with the Founder/Principal of JWI and the GM of The Huntress New York and work closely with the showroom sales team with oversight of projects to which you are assigned. Manage all stages of an interior design project’s life cycle, from inception to installation.

• Degree from an accredited Interior Design School
• Proficiency in Studio Designer, CAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• 1-3 years’ experience in residential design
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities, deadlines, and schedules.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Innovative with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Sales oriented personality and focused on building a best-in-class customer experience.
This is an on-site role, with work time divided between office; to set up and execute design consulting visits, creating design proposals, and order processing with sales work, client visits, and some selling in the showroom (15 hours a week) focused on engaging customers and design projects. Weekly schedule to include Wednesdays to manage weekly floral reset and visual merchandising upkeep.
