This role requires a blend of professionalism, experience in the design industry, and exceptional communication skills to field inquiries, provide informed responses to questions about our lighting fixtures, and support our sales and design teams. We are looking for someone with a strong background in interiors or a related field who can elevate the customer service experience and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, offering a warm welcome and professional assistance both in person and over the phone.
*Field calls from interior designers and architects, providing knowledgeable answers to questions about our lighting collections, specifications, and custom options.
*Coordinate with the sales and design departments to ensure client inquiries are addressed with accuracy and efficiency.
*Maintain an organized and efficient reception area that reflects the high standards and aesthetics of the Allied Maker brand.
*Manage appointments and meetings for the design team, ensuring seamless communication between clients and staff.
*Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field of study.
*A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the design or luxury retail sectors.
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a sophisticated clientele.
*A deep appreciation for design and a keen eye for detail, able to understand and communicate the nuances of our lighting products.
*Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
*Strong organizational skills, with the capability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
